Seller's Service Pledge

As an independently owned and operated CENTURY 21 office, we are dedicated to providing you with service that is professional, courteous and responsive in helping you market your property. To fulfill this commitment, we offer sellers the Seller's Service Pledge, which outlines the services we promise to fulfill. We are truly dedicated to providing professional service, that we are willing to put it in writing. Under the agreements of this pledge, the seller may terminate their exclusive right to sell agreement should we be unable to cure any defaults of the agreement.
